steven and laura are married
Laura and Steve were married on beautiful Cobblestone Farm in Ann Arbor on a beautiful July day. We have been looking forward to their wedding since we enjoyed their engagement photos so much, and their wedding was no different. The day started off with hair and makeup with Laura, followed by photos with their awesome bridal party. The ceremony and reception were filled with darling personal details and Laura pulled everything off perfectly!

kiersten and mark
We kicked off the wedding season this weekend with Kiersten and Mark, and it couldn’t have been more fun! They were married in the beautiful St. Francis of Assisi in Ann Arbor, with the reception at Genesis (and pictures at the Arb in between). The Saline drumline even followed them on their walk from the ceremony to the reception – that’s a first! The whole wedding was themed travel, and everything was beautiful. There were lots of special moments in the day, especially between Kiersten and her daughter, Brynn. Have a great honeymoon in Europe, you two!

chris + kyri are married!
David and I have been looking forward to the Kemp wedding for a long time for a lot of reasons – they were the first to officially book a wedding with us, they got married on a beautiful beach, we loved their engagement session, and they are great friends of ours! It was an honor to be a part of their day – the day we almost missed because of taking a wrong turn and ending up on the bridge to Canada! Once we figured that out though, the rest of the day was very smooth and a perfect celebration of the love Chris and Kyri share. Enjoy!
amanda and lloyd are married!
I have known Amanda for as long as I can remember – she’s my best friend’s sister, which makes her mostly my sister, too! Amanda and Lloyd got married at her uncle’s gorgeous house on the lake. It was a beautiful day after the rain moved out, and was wonderful to celebrate Amanda, Lloyd and Kyra becoming a family – and even more exciting, baby Aviana joined them a few weeks later to make them a family of four. Congratulations, Amanda and Lloyd – what an exciting year you have had!
seema and andy are married!
When Emily Moiseeff (emilyardenphotography.blogspot.com/) asked if we would be willing to work with her to photograph Seema and Andy’s wedding, it was a no-brainer. Emily has so much talent, and every one of her friends is wonderful, so we knew it was going to be amazing. Not only was it a truly amazing wedding, but it was gorgeous blend of two cultures. These photos begin with one of the bride and the groom, and then tell the story of the day. We were so thankful to work with Emily and get to be a part of such an amazing day. chris + kyri
David and I are going to be shooting Chris and Kyri’s wedding in August (on the beach!!), so we were really excited to get to work with them for some engagement photos before their big day! We started off at Hudson Mills Metropark and ended at Zukey Lake Tavern – a great start to a long weekend. Thanks for coming out to Dexter, Chris and Kyri – can’t wait for August!
tim is getting married!
Timotei and Ashley got married in the beginning of July on a hot day in Sturgis, Michigan. Tim asked me if I would be willing to take some pre-wedding pictures of the guys getting ready, and of course I said yes – especially because one of the groomsmen was really, really good looking (and also luckily happens to be my husband). I had never been on the “guys side” of a wedding, and it was a really cool experience. It was fun to see how excited Tim was and to see all the guys supporting Tim.
